DTLL Mechanical Lug

Application:
Used for connecting conductors to flat-plate electrical equipment in power distribution lines with rated voltages of 35KV and below, serving as a copper-aluminum transition terminal. Suitable for aluminum and aluminum alloy conductors. 

Feature:

    ·High Mechanical Strength:  Made of high-strength aluminum alloy and T2 copper, heat-treated and welded, with a tensile strength of up to 260MPa.

    ·Excellent Electrical Performance:  Passed 1,000 thermal cycles and 6 short-circuit tests.

    ·Span-Type Design:  One model fits multiple cable diameters, reducing inventory requirements.

    ·Constant Crimping Force:  Torque bolts feature a preset shear torque; the hex head automatically breaks when reached without damaging the conductor.

    ·Easy Installation:  Can be installed using a wrench or socket wrench.

    ·Extended Lifespan:  Oil-blocking design with internal conductive paste reduces contact resistance, resists oxidation, and prevents corrosion.
